You can pay for your order with any Visa or Mastercard bank card. The payment amount is recorded in the currency of your bank card at the current exchange rate, so the actual debit amount may differ slightly from your amount on the website.

PLEASE NOTE: Ukrainian Showroom does not receive or store your card data. If you cannot pay for the order due to technical reasons, please write to us at mail.ukraininanshowroom.com and we will promptly resolve your issues.

Orders are dispatched within 1 – 3 business days and can vary during collection drops or promotional periods.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders are shipped from our pick and pack warehouses based in Poland and Ukraine.

Standard delivery on the territory of Ukraine takes 3 days, on the territory of Europe 10-20 days

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, and once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number. 

All orders include tracking and have authority to be left unattended unless specified otherwise upon placing your order.

Depending on your country of residence you may be required to pay custom and import taxes upon collection of your parcel. These charges are processed by your local customs office upon delivery of your parcel and are not connected with the Ukrainian Showroom.
